A few of mine off the top of my head:. press Shift-9 or Shift-0 to pitch-shift a clip up or down a semitone. arrange your windows how you like them for recording, press Shift-F7 and save the layout. Then arrange everything how you like for mixing and press Shift-F8 to save the layout. Then you can use F7 and F8 to instantly switch between layouts.

if recording a bunch of inputs e.g. Drum kit, use the Routing Matrix to see at a glance if all your inputs are going to the desired tracks. once you have tracks set up for effects sends (I use a room reverb, a plate reverb, and two different delays), right click on the tracks and lock them so that their volumes don't change if you select all tracks and adjust volume. group tracks together e.g.
Create a track called Drum Bus, then drag all your drum tracks underneath it so they are 'indented' to the right. Then you can easily adjust the levels of your drums as a whole, mute or solo them, add a compressor to the whole drum kit, etc.
By using the controls on the Drum Bus track. in metronome settings use the 'preroll' setting to give yourself time to get setup on your guitar, drums etc. After you click record.
